Nothing I found online worked for me, and then I noticed windows defender poping up a message every time I opened the launcher, I have tried to disable it before, but nothing changed. I checked a bit thoroughly, and found out that if you disable the folder protection option FIRST, and then disable the other options as well, relaunch the game and log in, the folder is created automatically. So, all you have to do is go in windows defender, find the folder protection option and disable it FIRST, then disable all the other, relaunch the game and it should work:).
