Unfortunately Google screws up the fields everytime. I have tried everything. I even added a contact into google manually and exported it to make sure that I was using the proper headings for the information. It still dumps everything into the Notes Field.Obviously I would like to do this without the help of Google.
Surely there is a way. As I said before, I have an Excel File containing the information and also a CSV file if one option happens to be easier.Thanks in advanceJ. I tried EVERYTHING to fix this.
I imported contacts into Outlook and exported and they still would not go into the cloud. I tried creating a contact in google contacts and in iCloud and then exporting and copying the same exact field names.I followed every tip that was shown on this discussion board and the tips on other boards.I ended up manually entering all of these contacts in by hand. It actually worked out better bc I was able to get more information for my contacts into the fields. Nice because I am in sales and wanted to add previous years sales numbers etc. Thank god this time of year I am really slow.This is something that apple seriously needs to look at.
